This IS Africa...and yet its the closest ive felt to being in the states since ive left in January.
I dont have too much time to blog cause the cab is coming to take us out...but ive already eaten cape town favorites including ostrich, gone wine tasting, and volunteered at a TB hospital with little children.

This place is amazingly beautiful and im just in awe.
Oh dont worry Im safe... though the riots in J-berg have spread enough that Emily's university's gym is currently sheltering people. We get angry when Americans kinda blow off the international news (like ps. were in a war)... and yet here its like serious riots are going on and nobody is even really talking about it. Life goes on as usual. The mood is like whatever.

I have too much to say already and its been 24 hours. I will have to come back.
