So in less than a week I head out. It hasn't quite sunk in yet, but this morning I got an email telling me about my Italian family. I couldn't be more thrilled. I'm living in the city with a young couple (both architects) and their three little boys: Edoardo, Adriano and Giorgio.
I've also "google-earthed" the house. It looks like I'm right alongside some river, literally across the street is a bridge. The pictures from the surrounding area are simply stunning. I can't believe I get to live there for the next few months. It's all so surreal. Get me on that plane!
